Bio

Originally from Iowa, Michael Hauptman took to photography at a young age when his grandparents gave him his first camera. After attending university in California, Hauptman moved to New York in 2005, he now splits his time between New York and London. Hauptman has created work for such magazines as, BEAT, Dazed & Confused, i-D, The Last Magazine, Purple and The New York Times Style Magazine.
