In seventh issue of The Last Magazine, we styled cover girl Joan Smalls in extra large coats, exploring the possibilities of men’s wear with photographer Karim Sadli. Features include the fiery fencer, Nathalie Moellhausen on how she is able to utilize her Italian heritage in pursuit of the Olympics, Dominique Young Unique, a rapper from Tampa tells us not to compare her to anyone, detailing the joys and difficulties of being a woman in the rap industry, Swedish actor Joel Kinnaman depicts his journey of crossing over to American media and role in “Easy Money.” Photos include the faces of skaters in Kititale, Uganda by Yann Gross and wildly raw black and whites of Kinga, shot by Gregory Harris.
