ALEXANDER WANG JEWELRY

2015 has been a big year for Alexander Wang. He celebrated his tenth anniversary in the industry with an extravaganza of a fashion show and afterparty in September, he parted ways with Balenciaga, and, looking ahead, he launched his first jewelry line for Spring 2016, now available on AlexanderWang.com. Originally shown with his runway collection during New York Fashion Week, the new designs have Wang’s trademark edge, a necklace, cuff, and pair of earrings, all inspired by industrial bike chains. The open cuff ends in a gold-plated lock, while the four links of the earrings are available in both yellow and rose gold. Made from brass-plated palladium, the pieces are, like much of Wang’s clothes, reflective of the energy and vibrancy of the city of New York, strong, aggressive, and ready to take on anything.
